My girlfriend let me borrow her car but only under one condition; see learns my secret about how I have such wonderfully beautiful hair. I didn't want her to know my secret but I needed the car. So... she was shocked to find out that I use herbal shampoo. You know me and beauty... I only take the best. So I let her borrow my herbal products while I was out. I took a test drive in her car while she took a test drive with my shampoo in the shower.

Nail question

Question about nails.... is it normal to do your nails by yourself? Most of my friends refuse to pick up a bottle of nailpolish and some nail polish remover. They claim they would rather spend the $30.00 for a beautiful mani and pedi. To them, they just cant get the beauty side right when they do their fingernails. That gets expensive though...

Makeup Worries

I am not pleased with my cosmetics anymore. I have piles and piles of lipsticks, glosses, eyeliners, and mascaras. But with me, when I buy them, they just aren't that exciting anymore after a day or 2 of use. How do I fix this? Maybe I should slow down on the purchasing, and focus on what I have already.

Beautiful Costumes

I finally found a costume for Halloween. I know today is Halloween and I'm a bit late, but everything is now on clearance. WOHOO! Went to I-party and found the coolest stylin' nurse costume. Therefore, I'm wearing that out on the town tonight. Aside from that, I bought a blonde wig, fake eyelashes, and some CRAZY purple eyeshadow and mascara. I'm going to look ridiculous, but it is the only time for me to go crazy w/ cosmetics.

Barbie Doll Cosmetics not for Me

I saw this blog today and it actually made me quite sad. Why do girls feel the need to look perfect and flawless? I like imperfections, I like birth marks, or a slight red bump on the nose. I liket ok now that it is ok to look not up to par sometimes. Why do I want to spend 5 hours of my day just looking PERFECT to please people I don't care about? People who love me will love me without the cosmetics, glittery eyeshadow, and bright pink nails.

What is Beauty Anyway?

In your opinion, what is beauty?

Is it pretty lucious lips, curvy hips, long blonde hair?

To me, beauty is originality..individuality...something that isn't overdone.

Unfortunately, at my highschool, beauty means conformity and what the hottest celebs are wearing.

I am determined to make this standard chage
